Can I purchase a subscription for my parish/school/organization and share the login info amongst staff?
No. Subscriptions are per person and must include a first and last name.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase a subscription?
No. We use PayPal for all online transactions, but an account with PayPal is not required. They accept all major credit cards.
Will I be notified before my subscription expires?
Yes. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your account expires.
How often is the online directory updated?
The online directory is updated year-round. Typically, we receive updates for the print edition once-a-year, but as soon as changes are found through official statements, we update the online directory immediately.
